 I believe Ignorance about "what is a failure and 7 fatal Assumptions that stop my growing" is the biggest Failure.

I Never analyzed Failure with all these assumptions. Even all these assumptions I, too, was having during my life in many events. And as a result, my actions were not directed with confidence toward achieving my goal.

But today, my biggest success in life is that I am with PIM and learning the positive aspect of my life, and enjoying the successful journey.
